Cast in the Maitland Smith foundry using their centuries old lost wax casting method, and features abalone shell accents and a rich brulee finish.
Maitland-Smith was founded by a London antique dealer with the eye of a connoisseur and to this day draws inspiration from great works from the 18th, 20th and 21st centuries. Their expertise includes metal casting, finely executed porcelains, sophisticated finishing techniques, detailed hand painting, beautiful inlaid marquetry and the finest hand carved woodwork.
